Fingers can easily be subject to cuts, wounds and surgery. Resolve® Silicone Patch for Fingers, applied daily when the wound is already closed and dry, prevents water loss from the tissue and helps prevent the formation of hypertrophic and keloid scars.

It is a silicone-based plaster with a latex-free adhesive for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars. It is reusable, washable and cuttable. Semi-occlusive. Skin-coloured. Offers UV protection.
Available in various sizes, Resolve® works thanks to its combined semi-occlusive and hydrating action, helping to counteract the formation of hypertrophic scars.

Resolve® Cerotto Siliconico for fingers can be applied and left on the skin for the entire day. For best results use for at least 12 hours and up to 23 hours a day. It can be removed while the treated area is being washed and later reapplied. Resolve Cerotto Siliconico for fingers can be reused many times. The number of uses varies from person to person and depends on the area on which it is applied. Replace Resolve Cerotto Siliconico for fingers when it begins to lose its adhesive capacity and shows wear. When used e conserved properly, it should last for around three weeks.

Resolve® Cerotto Siliconico for fingers can be used on the scars produced by any type of wound (surgical, caesarean section, abrasions, scrapes, burns, animal bites, laceration, cuts). For the best aesthetic results, it is recommended to continue the treatment for at least 2 months.
